L32 Suru Lounge Chair

$2,795.00

Suru is Japanese for ‘through’, and the lounge chair, which bears this name, is designer Carina Maria’s attempt to make a chair in which the Japanese and Scandinavian idioms meet. The chair is made of two elegant shells with organic forms, one of which has to pass through the other. The chair rests on a wooden frame with large mortise joints. The result is an elegant and comfortable lounge chair, which is great for relaxation and contemplation – without being a heavy, traditional armchair. A beautiful and central furniture piece in a home where the present and the past meet.
