Order & Lead Time Inquiries

If you’ve placed an order and would like an update on lead times, feel free to reach out to us at support@habitus.ca. We check emails regularly and aim to respond quickly; your peace of mind is very important to us!

Free Shipping Over $500.00 

We offer free standard delivery on all products shipped within Canada when your order total is $500 or more. The only exception is Gus* Modern. For large or bulky items, free shipping includes curbside delivery only.

If you prefer white glove delivery, which includes in-home placement and packaging removal, please contact us and we would be happy to provide a quote.

Lead times - Quickship

Products marked with a "Quickship" badge are in stock and ready to ship. These items typically arrive within 1-4 weeks of placing your order.

Tracking details are generally provided within 15 business days if the item is in stock. Should you need an update on your order status, feel free to reach out to us anytime - we’re here to help!

Lead times - General

If a product is not listed with a quickship badge, it is either made to order or currently not in stock. Depending on the vendor, lead times vary. For lead time on a particular item, please reach out to us directly at support@habitus.ca. 

COM & COL

Production lead time commences upon receipt of the Customers Own Material at the manufacturing facility. 

USA and International Shipping

At this time, our shipping services are limited to Canadian addresses. We are not able to ship to the United States or to international destinations. We are actively reviewing options to broaden our reach, and will share updates as soon as they become available.

While we strive to offer accurate information, factors beyond Habitus' control, like customs clearance delays, production schedules, weather, and various unforeseen events, may impact delivery timelines.
