The largest item in the series, the Ratio Console offers three push-to-open drawers on a silent-close rail, introducing substantial space for items best stored away from view. With additional hidden storage in the form of a floating shelf on top of the piece, a gently surprising lightness becomes apparent.

They designed Frama's Ratio Series in 2024, a set of freestanding storage in MDF, birch veneer and solid birch, stained and lacquered warm brown. Frama is a Copenhagen design studio creating furniture, lighting, and everyday objects guided by natural materials, simple geometries, and permanence. Founded by Niels Strøyer Christophersen, the studio works from St. Pauls Apotek, a preserved 1878 apothecary in central Copenhagen, and its collections span the modular Shelf Library, seating, lighting, and an apothecary line of soaps and scents. Each piece is designed to age with use and keep its character over time.
