Bracket Chair
The Bracket Chair, designed in collaboration with Copenhagen-based design studio Frederik Gustav, is a four-legged piece fabricated in water-based lacquered solid ash with a flat seat and a slightly angled back-rest highlighted by a structural component, the bracket. This purely functional element turned into an aesthetic feature ties the chair's vertical elements to the horizontal ones providing stability, an architectural influence, a nod to timeless construction.

Frama is a Copenhagen design studio creating furniture, lighting, and everyday objects guided by natural materials, simple geometries, and permanence. Founded by Niels Strøyer Christophersen, the studio works from St. Pauls Apotek, a preserved 1878 apothecary in central Copenhagen, and its collections span the modular Shelf Library, seating, lighting, and an apothecary line of soaps and scents. Each piece is designed to age with use and keep its character over time.
