Ten Table Oval

The oval version of Ten Table has been developed by Christian Troels and Jacob Plejdrup, based on the same design concept as the rectangular Ten dining table from 2019.

The solid wood top is glued from planks and finished with the sloping edge profile that runs through the Ten family, and it rests on a pair of broad solid wood legs. The soft oval outline seats more people in the same footprint than a rectangular top and makes it easy to move around the table.

The top is prepared for the legs to be mounted in two or three positions, so the table can be set up to suit the room, and it takes up to two black MDF extension leaves.

Designer Ten was created in 2019 by DK3 founder Jacob Plejdrup and Danish designer Christian Troels to mark DK3's tenth anniversary. The table's curved top has no straight lines, giving an impression of constant motion, and the grooved legs are cut with a milling head built specially for the collection. Troels holds a Master's degree in Industrial Design from Kolding School of Design and founded his studio in 2013.
