Refund policy

We want you to love the product you purchased which is why we have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Is there a cost to return something?
Unfortunately, we have to charge 20% of the purchase price as a restocking fee on all furniture and decor that is larger than 18"x18"18". 

Can I cancel my order?
Orders usually take 24 hours to process. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know immediately. Any custom order, or special ordered products cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. 

What if my product is damaged?
We want you to love the product you ordered. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve it quickly for you. Damaged items are eligible for an exchange. If you received a damaged item, please make sure to keep the packaging and send us any photos of the box that it came in, a long with a video / pictures of the damaged product.

What products are final sale?
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, such as made to order furniture, floor models, sale items, discounted items, clearance items and vintage furniture.
