Plush Table Round

With the Plush Table from 2023, DK3 founder and designer Jacob Plejdrup has taken the DK3 principle of rich details in a new direction. Based on a “more-is-more” concept he has created a table, where the tiny details have been replaced by smooth, organic shapes in large format.

The Plush Table Round is made of a solid wood tabletop and a unique solid wood cube construction. With its soft shapes, the solid wood cube makes a sturdy and imposing base for the tabletop, and the table fully lives up to its name.

Takes up to two extension leaves, each adding 19.7"; the top lifts off the cube to fit them.
The support-leg version takes up to five leaves.

Designer Jacob Plejdrup began his career in furniture and interiors in 1991, and a life lived in Denmark, England, Germany and Switzerland has shaped how he designs. In 2009 he founded DK3 with his wife, Ann Plejdrup, and his dk3_3 table, one of Scandinavia's early plank tables, helped establish the brand. His passion for wood runs through all his work, which brings the beauty of nature indoors in a minimal way and highlights rather than hides the natural character of the tree, from the Tree Table to the Ten Table he created with Christian Troels.
