Trefoil Square Table
A center point of free-floating solid oak elements hold the squared table in place, creating a contradiction of lightness and substantiality. The free space of the four legs adds to the lightness and special visual complexity of the table. The centred legs make it possible to sit around the table in comfort with much more space for each user. It is made for all spaces whether domestic or hospitality.
Designer
Herman Studio is a Copenhagen design practice founded in 2012 by architects Helle Herman Mortensen and Jonas Herman Pedersen, working across furniture, lighting, ceramics, textiles and interiors. Each piece begins in the workshop with a close study of how it will be built, then moves through sketches, models and prototypes until a single clear outline remains.
