FSC™-certified teak

Notes
Teak is a durable hardwood well-suited for outdoor use.
As a natural material, teak will display variations in color and grain from one piece to another.
When left untreated, the wood will gradually develop a silver-grey patina.
Direct sunlight may cause temporary color variations if objects are left on the surface for extended periods; these will even out once the object is removed.
To maintain a deeper, warmer tone, clear tabletop oil can be applied periodically.
The table is fitted with plastic glides suitable for outdoor use.
Over time, outdoor exposure may also lead to small cracks at the ends of the planks and slight warping, which can result in minor height differences between them.

Care
Damp cloth along the grain, mild detergent if needed. No abrasives. Dry with a soft cloth and remove spills at once.
Clean the teak once or twice a year with outdoor wood cleaner.
Teak is untreated and develops a silver-grey patina. Clear outdoor tabletop oil for the warm color; ask a local hardware store.
Use a cover in harsh weather; table and cover must be dry first.
Tighten leg screws as needed. Sand splinters with 240-grit or finer.
