Collection: Holmegaard

Since its founding in 1825, Holmegaard has been a leading producer of glass, earning a well-deserved reputation for excellence. This Danish design icon is synonymous with Scandinavian craftsmanship traditions. Countess Henriette Danneskiold-Samsøe, a visionary woman ahead of her time, played a pivotal role in the development of Holmegaard. Not only did she fulfill her late husband's dream of establishing a glassworks by Holmegaard marsh, but she also transformed it into an artistic and aesthetic haven that remains relevant today.
