Daystak Desk RD3

Influenced by the notion of flexible design, the Daystak Desk highlights Robin Day’s skill for blending form with utility. The addition of a drawer box with visible dovetail joinery to the Daystak Table expands the functional potential of the design to create a desk that embodies Day’s singular creative focus. The drawer box can be ordered separately and placed on either side of the table.

Designer Robin Day (1915–2010) grew up in High Wycombe, a town renowned for furniture making, which shaped his early passion for design. After studying at the Royal College of Art, his career was delayed by World War II, during which he honed his skills in drawing, model-making, and exhibition design. He later established himself as one of Britain’s most prolific and influential furniture designers. Brand

&Tradition is a Danish design house from Copenhagen that bridges classic Scandinavian design with contemporary craft. The collection spans furniture and lighting, uniting reissued mid century modern icons like the Little Petra lounge chair and the Flowerpot lamps with new work by Space Copenhagen, Jaime Hayon, and Sami Kallio. Materials are chosen for quality, comfort, and sustainable production.
